Maíz y Sol Counseling Services
We offer therapy for individuals, 18 years of age or older, who have experienced ​domestic violence, sexual assault, and intergenerational trauma. Our approach is grounded in the understanding that no single therapeutic method can encompass the full spectrum of human experience. As a Chicana therapist and daughter of immigrants, my personal journey informs the way I connect with clients. This integrative approach considers cultural, historical, and individual contexts to provide healing and empowerment.

Currently, we are offering virtual appointments to ensure accessibility and comfort.

Services and fees

Maíz y sol  counseling services provides individual counseling individuals ages 18 and up via Tele-health.

  • Intake Assessments for Individual counseling: $200 for 80 minutes

  • Individual counseling: $175 for 55 minutes

  • I accept Care Oregon (OHP)
